We are incredibly fortunate to have Ms. Sarah and Ms. Khushali as our son’s Pre-K teachers. Their warmth, patience, and genuine care embody the nurturing every young child deserves. Our son looks forward to school each morning and always comes home happy and excited. They skillfully balance Challenger’s high academic standards with love and understanding, guiding their students with kindness and encouragement. Their attentiveness is truly remarkable — noticing everything from our son’s health and daily mood to his social skills, learning progress, and even reminding him to drink water. The detailed daily feedback they provide is invaluable to our family. Because of their dedication, our son’s reading, math, and logical thinking skills have flourished. As parents, we couldn’t be more grateful for their exceptional commitment and the positive impact they have made on our son’s life.

We had a great experience sending our daughter to Challenger kindergarten prep summer school. Miss Sonali and miss Prerana have been excellent teachers. Our daughter really looks forward to going to school every day. The changing theme every week made the program both informative and fun!

Our child has been attending Challenger School - Berryessa (D8) for a year now, and we've seen remarkable positive changes in them. We truly believe we made the best decision for our child's education and overall development. We would especially like to express our heartfelt thanks to Ms. Preeti Gupta classroom teacher D8 , who has been a wonderful, nurturing, and creative teacher. Her gentle and kind approach, combined with her thoughtful teaching methods, makes her an ideal educator for preschool-aged children. We'd also like to extend our gratitude to Ms.Anna Alvarado Preschool/Kindergarten Program Director , for fostering such a vibrant and nurturing environment at Challenger Berryessa. Focus on Growth and Development: Ms. Preeti has done an exceptional job in nurturing our child's curiosity and encouraging a love of discovery. Under her guidance, we've seen tremendous growth in our child's social skills and independence--both crucial at this early stage. Her ability to teach problem-solving through play is truly impressive. She has created a classroom that feels safe, welcoming, and perfectly suited for learning through exploration and even mistakes. These experiences have helped lay a strong foundation for future learning. Highlighting Strengths: We're especially grateful for Ms. Preeti's calm and positive classroom management style. Her communication with us has been excellent--we always feel informed and involved. The engaging, age-appropriate activities she plans show how much thought and care she puts into each day. Most importantly, she has a remarkable ability to make each child feel seen, heard, and valued. Expressing Gratitude: We are deeply thankful for the positive impact that both Challenger Berryessa and Ms. Preeti have had on our child's very first school experience. Thank you for making school such a joyful and meaningful place. Your dedication to early childhood education truly shines through. We feel incredibly fortunate that our child had you as their first teacher, and we will always be grateful for the strong educational foundation you've helped build.

Our experience with Miss Preeti and Challenger PreK has been nothing short of stellar. Miss Preeti is an asset to the school and one of the veteran teachers who takes teaching extremely seriously and professionally. She has the innate ability to connect to students almost instantly. Teaching such a young age is a delicate balance - discipline and genuine concern for growing minds, ability to attract and keep their attention (kids have very low attention span at this age). She does it magically. We wanted to send our girl to Challenger because she was academically inclined and needed more challenge, but our concern was if she would fit in the culture of the school and like it. Over the last year she has grown so much in many aspects and the credit goes to this school and their teachers for building such a reputable institution of knowledge, culture, discipline and independence. Our girl wakes up excited to go to school and meet her friends and teacher, which speaks a ton about the experience. We're very happy to continue her schooling at Challenger and hope she gets a teacher as invested and diligent as Miss Preeti in her future years here.

We had a great preschool experience at Challenger Berryessa. We started in the Threes class and continued into the Fours, and our child truly loved the school.Ms. Sarah and Ms. Khushali, the teachers for the Threes class, did an excellent job helping our son transition smoothly from daycare to preschool. Their warmth and patience made the classroom a welcoming environment, and their efforts helped the kids feel comfortable and excited to go to school every day. Our son felt so at home in their class that he didn't want to move on! Thankfully, the transition to the Fours was just as smooth, thanks to Ms. Preeti. She made the change easy and enjoyable for both the kids and parents. The care and effort she put into organizing events like Halloween and the Spring Program were truly commendable. Beyond the special events, the weekly classroom activities helped spark our son's interest in reading, coloring, and many other creative and learning experiences. Ms. Preeti's loving and nurturing nature made her a favorite among the children in no time. As the academic year came to an end, most of the kids were excited for kindergarten--but they were also sad to leave behind their beloved teacher. We're incredibly grateful to all the wonderful teachers at Challenger Berryessa, especially Ms. Preeti, Ms. Sarah, and Ms. Khushali, for the strong foundation they've given our child.
