Each year, Challenger fifth through eighth-grade students participate in the American Mathematics Competition 8 (AMC 8) test. Eighth-grade student Dylan H. (Berryessa, CA) achieved a perfect 25 out of 25 on the AMC 8 in the 2025 school year. His flawless score placed him in the top 1 percent of all participants nation-wide, which also earned him the Honor Roll of Distinction.
