Almaden

We have been sending our daughter to the preschool program at Challenger School - Almaden for over six months now, and we couldn't be happier with our experience! The campus is bright, spotless, and features a huge, fantastic playground. The surrounding neighborhood is also beautiful and very pleasant. The staff here is amazing. Ms. Geeta is incredibly nice, highly responsible, and always open to communicating with parents. We also want to give a special thank you to her teachers, Ms. Adriana and Ms. Tina. They are genuinely caring and have taught the kids so much. We are amazed by our daughter's progress. At just 3 years and 4 months old, she can already communicate fluently in English with her friends, write all 26 letters, and spell many English words! Most importantly, our daughter absolutely loves going to school. She actively tells us how much she loves her teachers, her classmates, and the playground. Over the past six months, we've seen such a remarkable transformation in her--she has become so much braver, more sociable, and loves expressing herself. We are absolutely thrilled that we chose Challenger School - Almaden and highly recommend it to any parents!

Sending our daughter to Challenger Almaden at just three years old was a big step, but it has been the most wonderful journey for our family. She actually cries on weekends because she wants to go to school! As a parent, nothing brings more peace of mind than seeing your child so genuinely happy and loved. In her early days, Ms. Tina, Ms. Adriana, and Ms. Rupali were incredibly gentle. They held her hand through the transition from daycare, making sure she never felt lonely. Now in the 4-year-old class, Ms. Susan and Ms. Fatema are just amazing. They care about the little things--like making sure she finishes her meals--and the big things, like helping her make friends and conquering her stage fright during "Show and Tell." They even make learning math and language magical by teaching through music. A special thank you to Ms. Geeta, the veteran head of preschool and kindergarten, who somehow makes sure every single child gets personal attention. The teachers truly partner with us, putting so much heart into making sure she grows not just academically, but into a kind, respectful little person. We couldn't be happier.

From our initial tour, with Ms. Geeta, we were amazed by how personally she connects with the children and how much time and energy she devotes to their growth - even while managing the responsibilities of a Preschool Director. Her genuine care shines through in every interaction, which made us feel instantly at ease and confident in the school. Our son is an introvert and usually takes time to adjust to new environments, so transitioning from daycare to preschool felt daunting. We are so grateful we chose Challenger - especially the Almaden campus. His teachers, Ms. Fatema and Ms. Susan, are incredibly loving, patient, and welcoming. Our son never once showed hesitation about going to school. He began enjoying it right away and quickly formed a strong bond with his teachers. He comes home happy, confident, and excited to share what he's learned. The growth we've seen over the year has been amazing. Challenger blends solid academics with a strong focus on building independence and confidence. We're grateful to be part of the Almaden community and highly recommend this campus.

Choosing a school can feel overwhelming, but after touring several schools and meeting with different teams, we knew Challenger was the right fit for our family. Once we narrowed it down by location, choosing Challenger Almaden felt like an easy and confident decision. From our very first tour with Ms. Geeta, we were impressed by the level of care and attention. She knew the children by name and genuinely engaged with them, which immediately stood out and made us feel comfortable and confident in the environment. Our child has been at Challenger for several years now, and we couldn't be happier. We originally worried about how they might handle the academic rigor, but instead, they continue to surprise us. Our child comes home happy, confident, and often excited to teach us what they've learned. The growth we've seen over the years has truly been amazing. Challenger does a great job of balancing strong academics with teaching independence and confidence. We decided to start our journey with Challenger because our daughter's best friend went there, and we didn't know what to expect. The level of education our little preschooler has already received in the last six months is incredible! Every day we hear new songs and concepts, she loves to role play her teachers, and we see her skills develop rapidly. Her teachers are wonderful and the staff is incredibly approachable and responsive.
