We've sent all four of our children to Challenger School, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. The teachers are exceptional, and the school's ability to develop strong reading and math skills is truly impressive. Challenger strikes a great balance between a rigorous academic curriculum and opportunities for creativity through art and music. The expectations are high, but they're appropriate and motivating rather than overwhelming. What sets the school apart is its ability to foster a genuine love of learning while also developing independence and self-discipline. Students are encouraged to take ownership of their work and solve problems on their own. Our children have gained confidence in their abilities and learned to take pride in their accomplishments. One thing we especially appreciate is that the school teaches children to be self-motivated. They learn to work hard, challenge themselves, and enjoy the satisfaction of mastering new skills. Students are encouraged to strive for excellence while also supporting and celebrating one another's success. After sending our children through Challenger, we highly recommend it to any family looking for exceptional teachers, strong academics, and a school that helps children become capable, confident, and independent learners.

Every parents dream is to drop their child off at a school knowing their learning the most, being their best selves and happy to go to school everyday to see their friends and teachers. Such an excellent community to be apart of :)

We have been a long time Challenger Family. My three older kids all attended Challenger nearly a decade ago and our cute caboose child is now attending. We specifically love the Holladay Campus. We made a brief stop at the Sandy Campus but found the Holladay Campus is better suited to our little guy. Miss Desi is a treasure! She has such a love of the kids and knows them all. We have been so lucky to be able to return to the Holladay campus! If you want your child to learn to read using phonics and have a firm grasp of mathematical concepts even in preschool Challenger has the best curriculum and the kids learn so much while thinking they are just playing and singing! In an age where everyone is putting kids in front of screens, even in school, Challenger is a breath of fresh air. No screens, just good old fashioned teaching with lots of repetition and review!

We absolutely love Challenger School in Holladay! Since enrolling our son here, we have seen remarkable progress in his academic and personal development. The curriculum is robust and well-structured, providing an excellent foundation for learning. What truly stands out is the dedication and expertise of the teachers. They are not only highly skilled but also genuinely caring, creating a nurturing environment that encourages students to thrive. The school's emphasis on critical thinking and individualized attention has greatly benefited our son, helping him to excel both in and out of the classroom. We are deeply grateful to the school for its exceptional educational standards and its commitment to fostering a love of learning in its students.

This pre-school and Kindergarten is great. We've had our daughter there since she was 3 for pre-school and now Kindergarten. After pre-school her reading was impressive but one month into Kindergarten it has taken off! They do a lot of learning through songs and it's fun listening to our daughter sing some of them when she's playing in her room or just doing her own thing. The teachers have all been there a long time and are very good at their jobs. She has made a lot of friends and even though some of her pre-school pals didn't return for Kindergarten we've stayed in touch with them and the parents have been good to get to know as well. Others have made assertions about the security. As a parent with a child enrolled I will say that security at the campus is fine. Only an idiot would publish their security details online but having had my child there for going on two full years I am happy with what they do. Also the police station is literally across the street. Not near by, across the street.
