As SEO Specialist, you will work to increase organic traffic to Challenger School’s website and drive conversions. This is a key digital marketing role supporting Challenger’s web presence and will report to the Director of Communications (dotted line to our CEO).
Primary responsibilities include managing our campus and company web presence (including social media and reviews) from an SEO perspective. Will be responsible for integrating SEO work into content authoring, making adjustments as necessary, and driving regular and appropriate updates. Will assist in posting, updating, and maintaining site title tags, meta descriptions, alt tags, and SEO copy blocks, among other things.
We are looking for someone with a degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field and 2–5 years optimizing web sites for both organic traffic AND conversions.
