The Manager in Training role requires intensive training in Challenger-specific methods and curriculum. Once trained, managers are required to be experts in Challenger curriculum. They are responsible for reviewing and coaching teachers to ensure that the academic excellence Challenger School is known for is being delivered in the classroom.
Other responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Preferred candidates will have at least a Bachelor’s degree plus one or more of the following: a master’s degree in education or experience in elementary teaching or curriculum design.
