Challenger School seeks an inspiring individual to lead Challenger’s education mission, methods, and values at the school level. At Challenger, students are not only educated but encouraged by Challenger staff to become self-reliant and productive individuals who value independence and individuality; finding joy and self-worth through achievement.

Business operations managers will be trained in Challenger’s proven teaching methods, curriculum, and will be groomed to become a Headmaster of their own campus. Having a degree in education is helpful, but not required.

Headmasters are responsible for:

  • overseeing the duties of all school personnel, to include the delivery of Challenger curriculum, philosophy, methodology, and values to students,
  • leading the marketing efforts on campus to drive new enrollments as well as prudently managing all fiscal aspects of the business,
  • recruiting, hiring, training and developing the best talent to represent the Challenger mission, values, and educational philosophy,
  • maintaining compliance to all government licensing,
  • ensuring that school facilities and resources are maintained and utilized according to Challenger standards.

Headmasters are required to:

  • have a four year bachelor’s degree,
  • have at least five years of manager or relevant experience,
  • have a friendly demeanor and to work patiently with students, teachers, and parents,
  • have energy, confidence, and enthusiasm,
  • possess a strong work ethic as well as a desire to support the marketing of Challenger curriculum, values, and methods,
  • understand and embrace the values of the original United States Constitution.
