My family and I are extremely grateful for our experience at Challenger School Newark campus. The school’s strong emphasis on academic excellence, character development, and student growth is evident in every aspect of its culture. Director Mrs. Michelle provides exceptional leadership and genuinely cares about the success and well-being of every child. Miss Phaily is equally outstanding, offering professional, organized, and welcoming support to families. What truly sets this campus apart is their personal connection with students—they know every child by name, creating a warm, nurturing, and supportive environment where children feel valued and encouraged to thrive. My daughter began her educational journey at Challenger School Newark in Preschool, and I still vividly remember her first day. She was a shy, quiet, and reserved child. Transitioning from daycare to a structured academic environment with high expectations was a significant change, and naturally, I was concerned about how she would adjust. To my delight, she adapted within a week, and I quickly began to see positive changes in her confidence, independence, and enthusiasm for learning. During Preschool, Miss. Shanaya played a significant role in shaping that early year. Her classroom was built upon discipline, accountability, and clear expectations. At the time, her structured and disciplined approach seemed demanding, but in hindsight, I realize it was exactly what the children needed. She helped establish a strong foundation of responsibility, self-discipline, and academic readiness that benefited my daughter tremendously. The following year, my daughter progressed to Pre-K under the guidance of Miss. Namita and Miss. Monica. Their teaching styles complemented each other beautifully. Miss. Monica brought warmth, patience, and comfort to the classroom, while Miss. Namita inspired students with structure, motivation, and high expectations. Together, they created an environment that encouraged curiosity, creativity, continuous improvement, and a healthy sense of achievement. They inspired the children to challenge themselves and strive for excellence each day. As my daughter now completes Kindergarten, I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Mrs. Becker and Mrs. Srivastava. They have been exceptional educators whose dedication, enthusiasm, and commitment to student success are evident every day. Kindergarten represents an important stage of academic and personal growth, and both teachers have guided their students with remarkable skill and care. Although Kindergarten naturally offers fewer opportunities for daily teacher interactions compared to Pre-K, I always found Mrs. Becker and Mrs. Srivastava approachable and supportive whenever I wanted to discuss my daughter's progress. Mrs. Becker consistently brings positivity to the classroom, balancing a cute smile with firm guidance. She encourages creativity, critical thinking, and independence while maintaining high academic standards. Mrs. Srivastava is also outstanding, bringing kindness, encouragement, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for helping children grow both academically and personally. As my daughter prepares to complete Kindergarten, I am amazed by her transformation from a shy and hesitant child into a confident, independent learner who embraces challenges and looks forward to school each day with enthusiasm. Challenger School Newark has provided much more than a strong academic foundation—it has fostered her confidence, character, and love of learning. I am deeply grateful to the administration, teachers, and staff for their dedication and positive influence during these formative years (2023 to 2026). I wholeheartedly recommend Challenger School Newark to families seeking a nurturing, academically challenging, and supportive environment where children can truly thrive.

My son attended Challenger School Newark Campus from age 3 through kindergarten, spending three wonderful years at this campus before moving on to first grade. Although this campus is relatively small and serves only preschool through kindergarten, its warm, welcoming, and supportive environment stands out among the many larger campuses we toured. My son has always been on the reserved side, and throughout his time here, the teachers and staff showed tremendous patience, encouragement, and care in helping him come out of his shell. The growth and confidence he gained over these three years have been truly amazing to watch. I would especially like to recognize Ms. Becker, Ms. Srivastava, Ms. Phaily, Ms. Monica, Ms. Namita, Ms. Siyan, and Ms. Neha for their dedication, kindness, and positive impact on my son’s development. A special thank-you also goes to Director Ms. Michelle, whose leadership helped create such a nurturing and welcoming community for both students and parents. The changes and improvements we’ve seen in our son during his time at Challenger Newark have been nothing short of remarkable. We are incredibly grateful for the support, guidance, and care our family received here. We will always look back on our experience with great appreciation and highly recommend this campus to other families.

We’ve had a phenomenal experience at Challenger School (Newark campus). Both of our children, have thrived academically and grown so much in confidence. A heartfelt thank you to the amazing classroom teachers, as well as Mrs. Michelle Silva and Ms. Phaily Souvanthong for their exceptional leadership and warmth. They create a wonderful, structured environment where kids genuinely love to learn!

Our experience with this Ms Soniya, Ms Namita and challenger - Newark campus has been wonderful. My child has learned so much and has become noticeably more confident since joining. She not only learned how to read, but also understands the concepts behind phonics, which has helped her read bigger and more complex words with confidence. We've also seen a huge improvement in her math skills and overall confidence in learning. The science concepts are taught in such an engaging and interesting way that she genuinely enjoys exploring and learning new things every day. We are very grateful for the care, patience, and dedication of the teachers. The principal Ms Michelle and admin teacher Ms Phaily are also incredibly supportive, caring, and always approachable, which creates such a warm and positive environment for both kids and parents. Our daughter has been at this campus since early this year. She was previously at an authentic Montessori school but at the age of 3.5yo we felt that teaching style no longer fulfilled my daughter’s intellectual need - she kept complaining she was bored after the morning work period. The last 3 months have already made huge change in her - she comes home daily telling me she loves going to school and has a ton of fun. She has really accelerated in learning, and became more confident. The Monday Show & Tell is our favorite activity that forms her early interest in the public sharing/speaking skills. The teachers really love the kids but at the same time challenge them out of their comfort zone to speak up and to learn. Whenever I go to the school to visit, the facilities are always clean. Playgrounds always look new. Things are organized and properly sanitized throughout the day, hence she has not had serious fever/colds/coughs since she enrolled which was a big relief for working parents like us. The school is very well run and I’d like to leave this review to thank Ms Michelle, Miss Neha, Ms Monica, and Miss Phaily for their dedicated care for all the kids at this campus.
