Headmasters and school directors recruit and develop Challenger personnel to ensure Challenger's high academic expectations are met by students. They maintain a balanced rapport with clientele by effectively resolving concerns while upholding Challenger's noble mission.
You need not have a degree in education to apply. Preferred candidates will have proven experience as successful leaders and managers; superior skills of marketing, negotiation, and sales; excellent presentation and speaking skills; the ability to prioritize, plan, and implement; solid understanding of classical education; and thrive when working in a school environment.
