We have openings at various locations for extended class teachers and lunchroom supervisors.
Extended class teachers’ primary job responsibilities include assisting students with homework, organizing and participating in outside games and activities, preparing art and craft activities, and being responsible for the care and safety of students.
Lunchroom supervisors are responsible for maintaining discipline and ensuring the safety of kindergarten through eighth grade students while they are in the lunchroom and on the playground during their daily lunch period. Job duties also include cleaning the tables and floors in the lunchroom between shifts.
Candidates must be physically able to respond to and care for a child who has been injured on the playground. Typical hours for these positions are as follows:
Extended class teacher morning shift is Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m.
Extended class teacher afternoon shift is Monday through Friday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Lunchroom supervisor shift is Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
